What Novira is

Novira is a Persian-language coaching ecosystem for Iranians and Persian speakers living outside Iran. Five coaches, each with one clear specialty, work online — the team has lived migration itself.

Coaching here is a partnership between equals for building the future — not therapy (which works on the past and on healing), and not consulting (which tells you what to do). The coach asks precise questions in a safe space so that you find your own decision and take the step.

Vira, the AI companion, is the first conversation: it helps you find your path and the right coach, then a free 30-minute discovery session with that coach follows. Between sessions, Vira stays available — it is not a coach and never replaces one.

Five paths, five coaches

Each path is one specialty with one coach. You do not need to know which one is yours — Vira finds it with you.

  • Execution and leadership — Hossein. For people working under the pressure of growth, too many decisions, or operational chaos.

How the work goes

One continuous path in three phases — not a handful of scattered sessions.

  2. What do I want to become? — Meaning, deep patterns, vision
  3. How do I execute? — Performance, an execution system, decision-making

Packages

Three depths of the same work — from one small step to a full path with two coaches. Prices are in US dollars.

  • Starter — $149 · 3 sessions · one coach · 3 weeks. The first step, without a big commitment. Three sessions. One problem. One clear path.
  • Essential Journey — $299 · 6 sessions · one coach · 2 months. A fuller path for one specific challenge — the outcome is a first change in a pattern or a direction in life.
  • Deep Journey — $999 · 20 sessions · two coaches · 6 months. A personalised path combining complementary specialties — the outcome is real, lasting change in life or career.

If after the first session you feel this path is not for you, your money comes back.

Monthly membership

If a private session is too early for you, membership is the way to stay on the path — content, practice and Vira, month by month, without a long commitment.

  • Essential — $24.99 / month. Weekly content, self-growth exercises, the in-app tools, a monthly path review with Vira.
  • Growth — $39.99 / month. Everything in Essential, one monthly group session with a coach, live Q&A and reflection, a short weekly check-in with Vira.
  • Transformation — $64.99 / month. Everything in Growth, one individual session a month (30–45 minutes), a personalised path.

What you can hold us to

  • The first session is a discovery session, and it is free. If coaching is not what you need right now, we say so in that session — even when it is not in our interest.
  • Coaching is not therapy and not a substitute for medical or psychological care; the site says where that line is, and Vira is built to say it too.
  • Your data stays in the EU (the server is hosted in Finland), you can request a copy or deletion at any time, and no session content is ever sold or used for advertising.
  • Vira is an AI. It is introduced as one, it never pretends to be a coach, and every conversation with it is disclosed as such.
